Episode #6 - Attack of the Clowns
This week, Mindy tackles one of her most feared subject: creepy clowns.
The show begins with an article published in the BBC News Magazine called Why Are Clowns Scary? The article answers a few questions, but the stories that follow make you wonder.
First, Jen Fisher shares a story she heard while visiting a pub, one that left her checking her entire flat for creepy clowns afterward.
Next, a story about When Clowns Roamed the Streets Looking for Your Children, which recounts a craze in the early 1980s in which clowns were accused of abducting children.
Mindy then shares one of the creepiest stories from her childhood, one that haunts her to this day.
Finally, John Bagget reviews the book and TV adaptation of Stephen King’s IT.
